After our initial checking your eligibility for the Government Reclaim Scheme operated through the HMRC we:

 

 

  • Take receipt of all your paperwork - delivery notes, invoices and statments and   cross reference each ensuring you are not missing invoices and therforee under claiming.

 

  • Check that you are charged the correct amount of VAT during your project and liaise with your suppliers to correct any invoicing errors.

 

  • Remain in regular contact throughout your build to ensure consistency.

 

  • Prepare your claim in a clearly presented form to minimise any potential problems with HMRC.

 

  • Preparation of the relevant forms for your signature and submission.

 

  • Site visits can be arranged if required at an additional cost.
  • Postage is charged at cost.

 

  • Whether your invoices are in plastic bags, Sweet tins or a box... we sort them all.. don't waste your time.

It is more difficult to sort out problems i.e. incorrectly charged VAT after a period of time so it is advisable to engage our services at the start of your build.
