We cross reference your delivery notes, invoices and statements to ensure you are not missing invoices therefore maximising your claim.
We ensure you are charged the correct VAT during the build and inform you of any discrepancies.
We present your claim in a clear and standard format to minimize any potential problems with HMRC.
We prepare form VAT 431Nb or VAT431C which ever is relevant for your signature and submission.
Advise on any information if required by HMRC following submission.
HRMC will pay your reclaim directly to your bank account.
We offer Clients two price levels.
For Clients who undertake the build themselves there is no limit to the number of invoices that can be included in your Claim for our Whole Build fixed fee charge.
Self-builders may use the various trades to complete the property to watertight stage and then finish off the property themselves. We offer our Finishing Off Service for Clients with up to 75 invoices.
